- Original Packaging: All items must be returned in their original packaging, including any tags, certificates, or accessories that came with the product.
- Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or receipt is required to process the return or exchange.
Please Note: We do not accept returns or exchanges on certain items, such as:
- Custom or personalized jewelry (e.g., engraved items)
- Final sale items
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
2. Return and Exchange Process
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:

Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item(s). Returns will not be processed without an RA number.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a carrier that provides tracking information, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns during transit.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and issued to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
Please Note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged items).
- If your item is marked as “final sale” or is a non-returnable item (such as custom or personalized pieces), no refund will be issued.
4. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@elitegemstoness.com. We will gladly accept the return and issue a full refund or send you a replacement, depending on your preference.
Steps for Defective or Incorrect Items:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to report any damage or errors.
- Provide a description and photographs of the defect or incorrect item.
- We will arrange for the return shipping at no cost to you and send you a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
5. Exchanges
If you want to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow our return procedure and place a new order for the replacement item. Returns will be processed first, and then a new order will be shipped based on availability.
- Exchanges for Out-of-Stock Items: If your desired exchange item is out of stock, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option to either wait for restocking or choose a different item.
6. Sale Items
Sale items or items marked as “Clearance” may be subject to different return terms. Please check the product page for specific return information related to sale items. If no special terms are mentioned, our standard return policy applies.
7. Cancellations

We offer international shipping for customers outside the United States. If you are returning an international order, please follow the same return process as domestic returns, but please note the following:

- Customs Fees and Duties: You are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes related to returning an item from outside the United States. These fees are non-refundable.
